Choosing Care for Your Child Is a Big Decision
You are not simply looking for somewhere your child can spend the day. You are trusting someone with the little person who means the most to you.
You want to know they will be safe. You want them to feel loved. And you want caring adults to truly know who they are; what makes them laugh, when they need reassurance and how to encourage them as they try something new.
At Foundations Academy, that is where Early Learning begins. Our nurturing, Christ-centered environment gives children the security they need to build confidence, develop new skills and discover the joy of learning.
The early years are filled with extraordinary growth. Language develops, curiosity expands and new skills seem to appear almost overnight.
Through purposeful play, movement, music, interaction and age-appropriate learning experiences, we help children grow in every part of their development.
• Language & Communication Building vocabulary, self-expression and listening skills.
• Early Learning Introducing literacy, numbers and important foundational concepts.
• Social & Emotional Growth Learning to share, cooperate and build healthy relationships.
• Confidence & Independence Encouraging children to try, explore and accomplish new things.
• Creativity & Curiosity Giving young minds opportunities to imagine, question and discover.
• Physical Development Developing coordination and motor skills through active play.
For our youngest children, learning begins with trust. Caring teachers, familiar routines and a safe place to explore give little ones the security they need to begin discovering their world.
Toddlers
Busy hands, busy minds and big personalities beginning to emerge. Toddlers develop language, social skills and growing independence through play, movement, music and interaction.
Preschool
Curiosity begins turning into a love of learning. Preschoolers strengthen early academic and social skills while developing creativity, communication, confidence and classroom independence.
VPK
Kindergarten should feel like an exciting next step - not an overwhelming leap. Our VPK program develops early literacy, math, communication and classroom-readiness skills to help children move forward prepared and confident.
Four Ways to Begin Early Learning
Every family’s schedule looks different, but every child deserves a place where they can feel known, cared for, and excited to learn. Foundations Academy offers four ways to attend our Early Learning program.
School Day
A full school-day experience with time for purposeful play, creative activities, friendships, and age-appropriate learning.
Extended Day
The Early Learning experience with care beyond the regular school day, giving families more flexibility while children stay in a familiar, nurturing environment.
Half Day
Five mornings a week, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Children get a consistent morning routine filled with opportunities to explore, learn, and connect with their classmates.
Half Week
Three days per week. This option offers families a shorter weekly schedule while giving children the consistency and routine that help them settle in and take part in classroom life.
Early Learning begins at 12 months old. Bring your child for a tour, meet our teachers, and see which option feels right for your family.

Known. Not Simply Managed.
Young children need caring adults who pay attention. A teacher who notices when something feels different. Who recognizes a new word, a brave attempt or a budding friendship. Someone who is there when a child suddenly realizes: “I can do it.”
At Foundations Academy, children are valued as individuals. The relationship between each child, teacher and family is at the heart of our Early Learning Program.
